Jessica Stacey, RMT

(She/Her/Hers)

Jessica received an Advanced Diploma (with Honours) in Massage Therapy from Humber College in 2014.  She obtained her registration with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario in July 2014 and became a proud member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario.

 

During her studies, Jessica received the Program Coordinator’s Leadership Award for demonstrating excellence and commitment to the program through leadership, initiative, dedication, and personal motivation, while maintaining sound academic standing.  After graduating, Jessica received the Humber Alumni of Distinction Award in 2015 which is presented to a graduate recognized for achievement and success working in the industry related to their program of study.  

 

Throughout her education, Jessica gained experience working with multiple populations and various conditions, including sports injuries and performance, postural imbalances, chronic illnesses, and pregnancy.

 

Jessica values an active and involved approach of care using Massage Therapy to aid and optimize health and wellness of all her patients. She believes in one-on-one communication to build a therapeutic relationship and to create unique and individualized treatment plans for each patient’s unique presentation. She is passionate when it comes to educating her patients about self-care and exercise rehabilitation to reach their treatment goals and maintain good health.

 

Jessica currently focuses on the use Massage Therapy for the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain, biomechanical dysfunction, exercise rehabilitation, sports injuries, stress related musculoskeletal concerns, and overall body wellness.
